Saturday 31 October 2009 starting at 8am sees the launch of what will hopefully become a monthly Farmers Market at Buffelsfontein Village on the corner of Buffelsfontein Road and 17th Avenue, Charlo, Port Elizabeth. On offer will be homemade, home grown and home baked products that include:
Vegetables, vetkoek, pancake, boerewors rolls, potbrood, home baked bread, roosterkoek, jaffles, cupcakes, cake, jams and preserves.
Do you manufacture these kind of items? Then contact Alta on 041 3688434 or 076 531 6749 or e-mail pro@abca.co.za to book your stall. We are looking for potjiekos, curry and rice, meat, eggs, honey, mushrooms, handmade crafts etc.
Plenty of safe parking. Stalls will be up inside the village alongside the fence all the way down 17th Avenue. Entrances at the main gate opposite Tony's Hardware or the pedestrian gate near the railway line.
Bring the whole family to listen to the live music, have tea and scones in the tea garden and get the kids faces painted while they play on the jumping castle.
Funds raised at this event will go towards making life easier for the elderly beneficiaries served by Algoa Bay Council for the Aged. SEE YOU THERE !
