Optional paid services are available on the Website. By selecting a service you agree to pay Algoa Bay Council for the Aged (Acronym ABCA) the subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on the day you sign up for a service and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or other period as indicated. Any monthly fee shall be due and payable to ABCA in advance on the billing date as displayed in the service. ABCA reserves the right to suspend the accounts of users who fail to make payments on their selected paying plan. All fees are non-refundable, in whole or in part, even if the service is suspended, cancelled or transferred prior to the end of your then current service month. ABCA will appear on your billing statement.
