- Adopt a sub-economic resident and donate food clothing and toiletries. Look under forms and downloads on our main menu for 25 ways to help an older person
- Sponsor home help or home based care for a sub economic senior citizen.
- Become a regular debit order donor. Regular donor debit order form available under forms and downloads on our main menu
- Donate R200 per month to provide 16 meal tickets at one of our three service centres for one older person
